What can I expect after I sign up?
Once you complete the health intake quiz, a licensed clinician will review your information. Depending on your health needs, you may either have a video call with a doctor or receive a prescription directly within 24 hours. We offer same-day video consultations if needed.
After your prescription is written, your medication will be processed, and you will receive shipping and tracking information in 2 business days. You'll have unlimited access to our patient care team and doctors for any questions.
If you have questions about progress, side effects, or dosage, you can consult with a clinician at no extra cost as many times as you’d like.
Do you require insurance?
We do not require insurance. We accept cash only and take all major credit cards.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your prescription is written by the doctor. For every following month, you can cancel anytime before your next shipment is processed. We operate with no minimum contracts or commitments, so you can cancel easily.
Once a prescription in any given month (including your first month) is processed and sent to the pharmacy, refunds are not available.
What if I have a previous prescription from another weight-loss company?
If you have a previous prescription at another weight-loss company, a clinician may determine that it is appropriate to start your dosage at the level equivalent to your previous prescription, provided that it has been no more than two weeks since your last injection.
Where are the doctors based and where are the medications coming from?
Our doctors are US-licensed and board-certified. All medications are produced and processed in US facilities that meet strict regulatory standards.
Will I get charged if I don't qualify for medication?
No, you won’t be charged if you don’t qualify. We will only charge your card after the doctor determines that you’re eligible.

Should you seek a prescription item, Melanin Doctor will facilitate arranging a consultation with a qualified Healthcare Provider. The Provider will assess your suitability for the prescription item. If deemed suitable, a doctor may issue a prescription for the item, which can be filled at a partner pharmacy.
